This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. CREDIT CARD POLICY: Top

SAYTEK accepts, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Credit card charges are not submitted until time of individual product shipment. You may receive multiple or incremental charges on your credit card reflecting multiple shipments. Many credit card vendors will deny high dollar-value charges typical of technology purchases. If this occurs, please contact your credit card vendor to authorize the payment. If we cannot verify proper payment, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. Customers with open orders not responding to payment requests will have their orders canceled after 10 business days.

USING A CREDIT LINE / CUSTOMERS WITH PAYMENT TERMS: Top

Business customers with established credit/payment terms will be invoiced appropriately. Shipping methods and charges may differ based on your agreement with SAYTEK. Customers with delinquent invoices may be restricted from ordering online or via phone, fax or verbal order. Please contact our Sales Team for information on your account payment status and credit standing.

CHECK PAYMENT POLICY: Top

SAYTEK will accept personal and business checks for online orders order placed with a Purchase Order Number, please allow 10 business days for clearing. SAYTEK WILL NOT PROCESS ORDERS OR SHIP PRODUCT PRIOR TO FUNDS CLEARING.

COD POLICY: Top

At this time, SAYTEK does not accept COD orders.

FREIGHT POLICY: Top

Shipping and handling charges on orders may vary; contact your SAYTEK account manager for our most current and competitive rates, options and shipping methods. Shipping estimates and methods displayed on this site may not reflect accurate information for customers with established shipping terms. Our account team will adjust your shipping rate and method appropriately after your order is submitted. Weight and size restrictions may affect freight method and charges. Saytek does not accept international orders online. Please contact our Sales Team at 888-668-6601 for information on international shipping and restrictions.

RETURN POLICY: Top

  • SAYTEK offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact your SAYTEK account manager.
  • Please call 888-668-6601 or e-mail our Returns Department at returns@saytek.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
  • All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; SAYTEK will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s). Some business customers may qualify for free return-to-SAYTEK shipping.
  • SAYTEK strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
  • If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify SAYTEK immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
  • DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to SAYTEK within 30 days from the invoice date, at SAYTEK's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
  • Manufacturer restrictions may apply to your return. Please contact us for specific information on your purchase.
  • NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by SAYTEK within 30 days from the invoice date, at SAYTEK's discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee and applicable shipping charges. Business customers may have different return policies, please contact us for details.
SOFTWARE RETURN POLICY: Top

Only defective software titles can be returned to SAYTEK. The return must take place within 30 days of invoice date and may only be replaced for the SAME software title. Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date. Non-defective, opened software may not be returned under any conditions. Multiple software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by the manufacturer. NOTE: Multiple software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by the manufacturer. Multiple licenses may not be returned beyond 30 days for any reason.
